♡ Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
♡ No refunds or returns will be accepted if you purchase the wrong phone model type for ready to ship cases. Please read each listing carefully to ensure this does not happen.
♡ It is your responsibility to take care of your purchase, please do not message me several weeks after receiving your purchase to blame me of faulty craftsmanship if you have taken irresponsible care of your case/accessory.
♡ Please feel free to contact me should you feel that you need to discuss a refund or return for a reason not listed above.
♡ Payment ♡
♡ All payments will be made through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, you can use the "Guest checkout" to complete your purchase with any credit/debit card.
♡ Payment is due before I can begin any work on custom orders.
♡ Shipping / Processing ♡
♡ Custom order processing times change depending on the volume of orders I have at the moment, but typically range from 3-5 weeks. Ready to ship items typically ship out in 2-3 days after purchase.
♡ All packages come with a tracking number, and are shipped via First Class USPS unless a higher shipping option such as Priority Mail is chosen.
♡ I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, they are out of my hands after shipping them out.
♡ I am not responsible for any customs fees that international buyers may encounter upon receiving their parcels.
♡ Please contact your local post office if any problems should occur.
♡ Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping within the US, and 2-6 weeks shipping for international orders.
♡ Please provide the correct shipping address when completing your purchase. I am not responsible for packages being shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly.
